一、 產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Standard
本產(chǎn)品按GB12706-91《額定電壓35kV及以下銅器芯、鋁芯塑料絕緣電力電纜》、GB12666.5-90《電線電纜成束燃燒實(shí)驗(yàn)》、 IEC60754《取自電纜或光纜的材料燃燒時(shí)釋放出氣體的試驗(yàn)方法》和IEC61034《電纜或光纜在特定條件下燃燒的煙密度測(cè)定》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)還可根據(jù)用戶需要按國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC、英國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、德國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)。
The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB12796-91 and GB12666.5-90 or IEC、BS、DIN and ICEA upon request. 二、 適用范圍Application
本產(chǎn)品適用于工頻額定電壓0.6/1kV及以下配電線路作配送電能之用。
The product is suitable for use in power distribution lines with rated power-frequency voltage up to and including 0.6/1kV.
三、 使用特性O(shè)perating characteristics
· 工頻額定電壓U0/U為0.6/1kV。
Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U為0.6/1kV.
· 電纜導(dǎo)體的最高允許工作溫度為90℃。
Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor :90℃.
· 短路時(shí)（最長(zhǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過5S）電纜導(dǎo)體的最高溫度不超過250℃。
Max. Short –circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 250℃.
(5s maximum duration).
· 電纜敷設(shè)時(shí)環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃。
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0℃.
· 電纜的阻燃性能符合GB12666.5-90標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A級(jí)或C級(jí)要求。
The flame retardant performance of cable is in according with A or C grade request of GB12666.5-90.
· 低煙無鹵電纜的無鹵性能符合IEC60754《取自電纜或光纜的材料燃燒時(shí)釋放出氣體的試驗(yàn)方法》電纜燃燒時(shí)氣體逸出試驗(yàn)。
The low smoke and non halo of cable is in according with IEC60754
成品電纜燃燒時(shí)絕緣和護(hù)套材料的PH值和電導(dǎo)率符合下表的規(guī)定。
When end product burning.PH value and conductivity of insulation and sheath material should suit infra – table regulate.

The low smoke and non halo of cable is in according with IEC61034
成品電纜燃燒時(shí)的最小透光率不小于30%。
When end product burning,the minimum light transmittance should not less than 30%.
· 電纜彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑15倍。
The bending radius of cable should not less than 15 times of the cable diameter. |

*單芯鎧裝電纜僅用于直流系統(tǒng)，若用于交流系統(tǒng)，應(yīng)采用非磁性材料鎧裝或隔磁措施。
*The single core armored cables are used for D.C Systenm only.As for A.C system,the magnetic isolation should be applied on the steel armor wires or non-magnetically materials should be used. |
