 銅包鋁線由鋁芯線和緊密包覆其外的銅層構(gòu)成的雙金屬線，20℃時直流電阻率分別為≤0.02743Ωmm/m和O.02676Ωmm/m。其標(biāo)稱密度分為3.332g/mm和3.363g/mm。是同軸電纜內(nèi)導(dǎo)體及電氣裝備中電線電纜的首選材料。可采用與純銅線相同的工藝加工電纜。

CCA Wire
Copper clad Aluminum (CCA) wire is a bimetallic wire with a copper cladding concentrically covering an aluminum core, which combines the optimum properties of both metals in a single composite material ideally suited for most electrical conductor applications. The processing method of CCA wire is similar to that of copper wire during cable manufacture.
Manufacture standard: SJ/T 11223-2000, ASTM B 566-93, Copper Clad Aluminum Wire
The wire is divided into two mechanical status: Annealed (A) and Hard drawn (H), and two kinds of copper percentage in volume: 10% and 15%.
